Boldyn Networks group of companies (“Boldyn,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our U.S.-based websites, use our services, or interact with us online.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Visitors to our U.S.-based websites and social media platforms
  • Visitors to our offices, Base Station Hotels (BSH), and Network Operations Center (NOC) locations in the U.S.
  • Users of our mobile applications (unless a separate privacy notice applies)
  • Customers, vendors, and business partners whose personal information we collect through our U.S. operations, regardless of location.

This policy does not apply to Boldyn employees, job applicants, or contractors. If you fall into one of these categories, please contact us at privacy@boldyn.com to request the applicable privacy notice.

In addition, we provide connectivity and network infrastructure services at a variety of public and private venues, including universities, colleges, stadiums, arenas, hotels, and other locations. In these cases, we may act as a service provider or processor on behalf of those venues. We maintain separate privacy policies for these deployments. Please note that our website does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. If you use an authorized agent to submit a request, we may require written permission signed by you, and verification of your identity directly with us. Authorized agents may submit requests via privacy@boldyn.com.

This Privacy Policy is provided at or before the point of collection of personal information, including on our website forms and applications.
